Support

Product help

For login issues, billing questions, report exports, reminders, attachments, or general account help, send a short note with the page you were using and what you were trying to do.

Bug reports

Helpful bug reports include:

• The page where the issue happened
• Your browser, device, and whether you were on mobile or desktop
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Screenshots, audio-note details, or screen recordings if available

Privacy, export, and deletion requests

For exports or account deletion, use the subject line export request or deletion request and include the email address tied to the account. We may need to verify ownership before completing the request.

Feature requests

Workflow-based feedback is most useful. Tell us what you were trying to do, what slowed you down, and what a better outcome would look like.

Response expectations

FlareTrack is in an early product phase. Support is handled on a best-effort basis, and response times may vary based on request volume.
