FlareTrack helps you privately track symptoms, medications, flares, labs, notes, reflections, and attachments. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you stay in control.
1. Information you provide
We store the information you choose to enter into FlareTrack, which may include profile details, symptom logs, trigger logs, medication schedules and adherence, flare records, lab values, journal notes, reminder settings, quote favorites, and uploaded attachments such as rash photos or lab screenshots.
2. How we use your data
We use your data only to provide the features you request, such as displaying your history, generating trends, creating doctor-ready summaries, remembering your preferences, and supporting reminders or exports that you choose to enable.
3. How we do not use your data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health entries for advertising targeting. We do not share your private logs with other users, employers, or insurers through the product.
4. Storage and security
FlareTrack uses authenticated access, database row-level security, and private storage patterns so that each user account is intended to access only its own records. Attachments are intended to be stored in a private storage bucket and delivered through signed access links when available.
5. Access and deletion
You can request export or deletion of your data. Deleting your account is intended to remove your stored profile, logs, reminders, labs, reflection history, and attachments associated with the account, subject to any temporary backup retention required for operational recovery.
6. Third-party services
FlareTrack may rely on infrastructure and support vendors such as hosting, database, storage, email, and payment providers to operate the service. Those services process data only as needed to provide the product.
7. Medical disclaimer
FlareTrack is an informational self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic service, and not a substitute for a licensed clinician. Any insights, summaries, or trend descriptions in the product are for informational use only.
